8. Delivery Delays

Our company is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, regulatory issues, or third-party transportation problems.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Buyers are encouraged to inspect the mobile home upon delivery and report any visible damage or issues immediately.
